The annual recognition of a high school assistant principal is sponsored by AASSP and NASSP.  The Assistant Principal of the Year recognition at the state and national levels.  Alabama's winner serves a term on the AASSP Board of Directors and is invited to apply for the National Assistant Principal of the Year Award.
