CLAS: Equipping Leaders to Create Positive Cultures
February 3, 2025 - April 15, 2025
Participants must complete ALL requirements.
Conference/Training fees must be paid before PLU can be awarded.
Phase I: Content and Knowledge
- Attend Culture Change: Lead the Way
(2 day training: February 3 & March 3, 2025)
Phase II: Implementation
- Create and submit a Plan of Action to create a high performance learning culture
Phase III: Evaluation/Reflection
- Complete Training Surveys
- Complete PLU Evaluation Form
