CLAS and ALA-CASE 2026-2027
October 2026 - April 1, 2027
PLU Participants must complete ALL activities and be a member of ALA-CASE.
Conference/Training fees must be paid before PLU can be awarded.
Phase I: Content and Knowledge
Participants must attend the two conferences listed below:
- ALA-CASE Legal Conference (October 4-7, 2026)
- ALA-CASE Spring Outreach Conference (February 7-9, 2027)
AND Complete one of the following activities:
- 2027 CLAS Law Conference or view the 2027 CLAS Law Conference Webcast.
- CLAS Leadership Institutes: Options - TBD
Phase II: Implementation (Required)

Participants must invest a minimum of 30 hours implementing/applying learned content. Document on the CLAS PLU Implementation Log
