AAMSP About Us
Mission:
The Alabama Association of Middle School Principals will serve as a voice and a resource for public school middle level administrators.
Purpose and Goals:
- to facilitate positive educational leadership,
- to speak for the middle school principals,
- to enhance the image of the middle school principal as an educational leader and to promote greater recognition of the professional skill and performance demanded by the position,
- to serve as an agency for the collection and dissemination of information pertinent to the middle school principal
- to promote legislation which is in the interest of children, education and the association.

Principals and assistant principals of middle schools (middle level, junior high, and any combination of middle grades) are eligible to join AAMSP as active members.
