Conference/Training fees must be paid before PLU can be awarded.
Phase I: Content and Knowledge
Participants must attend one CTE Meeting, one CLAS activity, and the 2027 ACTA Spring Conference.
CTE Meeting Options (Attend One):
- Fall CTE Administrators Meeting (TBD)
- Winter CTE Administrators Meeting (TBD)
CLAS Options (Attend One):
- 2026 CLAS Summer Convention (June 15-17, 2026)
- 2027 CLAS Law Conference (March 4, 2027) or 2027 CLAS Law Conference Webcast
Required Activity:
- ACTA Spring Conference (April 14-17, 2027 - Orange Beach)
Phase II: Implementation (Required)

Document on the CLAS Implementation Log and submit by email to actaplu@gmail.com by April 17, 2027.
(Note: Effective implementation should include activities that you have led/facilitated or activities where you met, discussed, or collaborated regarding the knowledge gained with colleagues and/or stakeholders as related to Standard VII: Management of the Learning Organization. Implementation must note evidence of your specific leadership in your organization.)
Phase III: Evaluation/Reflection
