Certified Instructional Leader (CIL)

The CIL credential is for those with a minimum of five years as a successful administrator.  Begin your journey to become a Certified Instructional Leader.  Participate in this unique program that will identify administrators who promote the highest standards of school instructional leadership.  Earn a credential designed to identify a school leader who demonstrates the knowledge and skills essential to the practice of effective instructional leadership.
