Phase I: Gaining Content and Knowledge

• Attend all required book study sessions 
• Attend the Clinic Session held by the author during the 2021 CLAS Convention

Phase II: Implementation

• Complete the CCS Equity Rubric to determine areas of strengths and needs (Not to be submitted to CLAS)

• Submit Plan of Action based on the rubric to improve equity in teaching and learning in schools and/or districts and submit to pd@clasleaders.org 

Phase III: Evaluation

• Complete online PLU Evaluation form.
