Stop the Juggling Act! Keep that Textbook Ball in the Air

Ordering your textbooks SEEMS like a straightforward process. But for busy administrators juggling many different kinds of responsibilities, textbook demands hit just irregularly enough to be confusing. This session will help district leaders with the processes and steps involved in ordering & receiving textbooks once decisions have been made. An emphasis will be placed on proactive strategies which can help leaders be more efficient with their time and cost effective with one of your district's most significant investments.
